Jack, Jane and I are over the moon with the way Ruby has turned out - she is everything that we had planned for over the last year of researching layouts and finishes. The high standard of your work was evident from the moment we met on Sep 10 when we came to discuss the art of the possible and we have certainly not been let down in the finished article; not a squeak or rattle to be heard! We also valued your unflappable attitude when faced with our last minute changes, be it the addition of the elevated roof or Jane’s insistence on specific handles – your Cool attitude was very much appreciated. Unfortunately picking the van up in mid-January has been more than a little frustrating because, despite our eagerness to get out there and camp, the weather has not been up to it so we have had to limit ourselves to day trips but this has not stopped many admirers knocking and enquiring. The positive side of the delay is the ample time to prepare for a full on camping year – bring it on. Once again, many thanks and we will certainly have no difficulty in recommending you whilst on our travels. Terry and Jane |

We couldn't be more pleased with the conversion to our T5! Cool Conversions has provided both a personal and professional service from start to end that is reflected in the vast difference between the van we gave him and the van we got back. Hi Jack,
Thanks again for the fantastic job on my conversion. We've had a few trips in her now and it’s surpassed all our expectations. The quality is top notch there isn't one rattle or rough edge. It all just works exactly as it should, simple and elegant. Your craftsmanship is really remarkable. The carpet lining on my roof was especially tricky, but you didn't take the easy way out and it shows in the quality of the finish. It was a pleasure dealing with you no fuss or BS.
